VIT Scholarship 2023-2024: VIT scholarship is offered by the Vellore Institute of Technology, Vellore. The scholarship is primarily to support meritorious, yet needy students to complete their education by providing financial assistance. VIT Scholarship 2023 for students appearing in VITEEE 2023. VIT Scholarship applications will be released soon.
VIT Vellore scholarship can be availed by students who have secured a good rank in their engineering entrance exam under a scheme called the GV School Development Programme (GVSDP). State and Central toppers will have their tuition fee waived for all four years. Moreover, two toppers from government schools in rural areas will be awarded a 100% tuition fee waiver, plus an exemption from the hostel and mess fees. Students who have secured VIT Rank 1 to 1000 will have a certain percentage of their tuition fee waived.
VIT Scholarship Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates must have cleared their class 12 examination and secured an aggregate of 60% in Physics, Chemistry, Maths, or Biology.
- SC/ST students from Jammu and Kashmir, Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim and Tripura need to have only secured 50% marks in PCMB.

- Click on New registration
- Fill in all the required details. Login credentials will be sent to the candidate’s mobile number and email ID
- Log in by using the registered email ID and password
- Complete the form
- Upload prescribed documents
- Pay the application fee online

Documents Required for VIT Scholarship
- Upload an online photograph of the candidate with the dimensions: 3.5 cm X 4.5 cm. Size should be between 10KB and 200 KB.
- Candidates are also required to upload their signatures during registration. The size of the image should be between 10KB and 200 KB. Dimensions: 3.5 cm X 1.5 cm.
- Copies of 10th and 12th marks card
