Anandi, who had a passion for drawing and painting, decided to paint her garden’s flowers using the colours of the rainbow that day. She painted one flower violet, another with the indigo shade of the rainbow. She coloured another flower blue and painted the leaves green. She also painted a flower orange and another one red.
However, she left the yellow untouched so that the Sun appeared bright and cheerful. Behold! The garden was filled with beautiful flowers, and the Sun above was shining brilliantly in its yellow radiance. After bestowing colours upon the flowers and the Sun, the rainbow disappeared.
